William "Bill" Allen Maseth

WILLIAM ALLEN “BILL” MASETH age 74, of 6789 Waters Edge Way, Hurdle Mills, NC died Monday night, October 11, 2021 at his home.

Mr. Maseth was born December 11, 1946 in Cuyahoga County, OH, son of the late Louis Fredrick & Elizabeth Christy Maseth and was husband of 53 years to Patty Ann Bauers Maseth who survives.  He was an automobile mechanic retired from Suburban Buick in Pittsburgh, PA, and was a veteran of the US Army where he served in Vietnam.

Bill enjoyed working with computers, being on his tractor, hunting, and sharing time with his family. 

Surviving in addition to his wife are two children, Wendy Pinner & husband, John of Hurdle Mills, NC, Michael Maseth & wife, Sarah of Lincoln, NE, three grandchildren, Emery Pinner, Morgan Maseth, Ethan Maseth, two brothers, Mark Maseth & wife, Cindy, and Doug Maseth & wife, Sue all of Pittsburgh, PA. 

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 21, 2021 in the Strickland and Jones Funeral Services Chapel with the Rev. Laura Dunlap officiating.  Interment will follow in the Walnut Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery.  Due to COVID-19 masks will be required at the service.

Pallbearers will be Doug Maseth, Ethan Maseth, Mark Maseth, Michael Maseth, Morgan Maseth, Emery Pinner, John Pinner, and Wendy Pinner.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, P.O. Box 22324, New York, NY 10087.
