Vivian Lynn (Ferguson) Keesling

VIVIAN LYNN FERGUSON KEESLING, age 66, of 1208 Dover Street, Roxboro, NC passed away Saturday afternoon, April 11, 2026 at Duke University Hospital. Born October 29, 1959 in Summers Co., WV, daughter of the late Oren William “Bill” Ferguson & Elva Estus Stevens Ferguson and was wife of 33 years to Gary Lee Keesling who survives.  She was retired from State Farm Insurance Agency and was a member of New Beginnings Baptist Church where she was a former Sunday School teacher.

Vivian enjoyed trips to the beaches and mountains, cooking, her church family, riding with Gary when he played golf, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two children, Joshua Wilbourn & wife, Jessica, Laura Adams & husband, Chris, brother, Steve Ferguson, eight grandchildren, Hunter Adams, Peyton Wilbourn, Evelyn Wilbourn, Daniel Wilbourn, Andy Wilbourn, Eli Wilbourn, Cooper Wilbourn, and Sarah-Eliza Wilbourn.

Celebration of Life services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 16, 2026 at New Beginnings Baptist Church with Pastor Chad Benefield officiating.  The family will receive friends and guests through Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at the home.
