Vickie Dale (Church) Wilkerson

VICKIE DALE CHURCH WILKERSON, age 74, of Roxboro, NC passed away Saturday morning, March 28, 2026 at the Hock Family Pavilion.  Born February 10, 1952 in Halifax County, VA, daughter of the late Frank Church & the late Juanita Jones Davis. She was retired from the Person County School System and was of the Baptist faith. 

Vickie enjoyed playing tennis, shopping, cooking for her family, going out with her sisters, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are two children, Jennifer W. Fish & husband, Phillip, Jason B. Wilkerson & wife, Erica, six grandchildren, Tyler Fish, Jacob Fish, Aiden Fish, Haley Wilkerson, Jordan Wilkerson, Brandon Wilkerson, great-grandson, Warren Lane Mize, three sisters, Carol Hawkins & husband, Mike, Ann Hawkins & husband, Mark, and Peggy Woods & husband, Keith.

Celebration of Life services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2026 at Antioch Baptist Church with Dr. M. David Chambers officiating.  Interment will follow in the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends and guests from 12:00 till 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
