Tammy Lee (Foster) Mangan

TAMMY LEE MANGAN, age 51, of Roxboro, NC, passed on Tuesday afternoon, April 27, 2021, to be at peace with her lord. 

Ms. Mangan was born December 13, 1969 in Barre, VT, daughter of late Stanley Carroll Foster and surviving mother, Jutta Bärbel Foster. In addition to her father, Tammy was preceded in death by her brother, Jason Harold Foster. She was a homemaker and mother who enjoyed listening to music, laughing with family and friends, and standing in the sunshine. Tammy leaves behind a large family which she dearly loved. 

Surviving in addition to her mother are three children, Steven Paul Mangan II, Elizabeth Marion Mangan, and Lillian Maria Mangan (Shaun Carver), her granddaughter, Bonnie Elizabeth Carver (daughter of Lillian), sister, Holly Marion Foltz (Travis Foltz), and many beloved nieces and nephews. 

A private family Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 15, 2021.
