Richard Howard Hayes

RICHARD HOWARD HAYES age 65, of 123 My Country Road, Roxboro, NC died Thursday afternoon, December 24, 2020 at Duke Regional Hospital.

Mr. Hayes was born March 25, 1955 in Durham County, NC, son of the late Henry Howard & Janet Deloris Smith Hayes and was fiancée to Debra Childress. He enjoyed fishing, CB radio, drums, basketball, the beach, spending time with family, and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving in addition to his fiancée are a sister, JoAnn Addison of Bahama, NC, and a host of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. 

In addition to his parents Mr. Hayes is preceded in death by a brother, Alvin Michael Hayes.  

A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Antioch Baptist Church with Dr. M. David Chambers officiating.
