Pauline Francis (Gentry) Carlton

PAULINE FRANCIS GENTRY CARLTON, age 90, formerly of 52 Somerset Drive, Roxboro, NC died Monday afternoon, August 22, 2022 at Roxboro Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center.

Mrs. Carlton was born June 11, 1932 in Person County, NC, daughter of the late Willie & Lovie Sue Hamlett Gentry and was wife of 48 years to the late Alton Otis Carlton. She was retired from Piggly Wiggly and was a member of the Bible Baptist Tabernacle.

Pauline enjoyed sewing, word search puzzles, flower gardening, and cooking. 

Surviving are a daughter, Lou Ann Rogers of Rougemont, NC, granddaughter, Michelle Moore & husband, Alan of Hurdle Mills, NC, and great-granddaughter, Annelise Hines & husband, Connor of Circleville, OH.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at the Bible Baptist Tabernacle with Pastor Josh Mickle officiating.
