Melissa Ann (Walsh) Raab

MELISSA ANN WALSH RAAB age 45, of 374 Gentry Massey Road, Roxboro, NC died Saturday night, January 15, 2022 at her home.

Ms. Raab was born September 23, 1976 in Person County, NC, daughter of the late Russell Bryan Walsh & Jackie Ann Greenhill Denny who survives.  She was a former daycare teacher at Mother Goose and was of the Baptist faith.

Melissa enjoyed crafting, cooking, animals, trips to the beach, all things Irish, astrology, and loving people.

Surviving in addition to her mother are a son, Ethan Raab of Sanford, NC, sister, Jennifer Lee Walsh, brother, George Thomas Hatcher, Jr., and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Celebration of Life services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 28, 2022 in the Strickland and Jones Funeral Services Chapel with the Rev. Victor Blackwell officiating.  The family will receive friends and guests from 1:00 till 2:00 prior to the service at the funeral home.
