Margie Lou (Ogle) Strange

MARGIE LOU OGLE STRANGE, age 75, of Roxboro, NC passed away Sunday morning, May 11, 2025 at her home with her daughter by her side. 

Mrs. Strange was born March 20, 1950 in Person County, NC, daughter of the late Marion & Louvenia Carver Ogle and was wife of nearly 45 years to the late Reginald Melvin Strange.  She was retired from Dialight after 15 years of service, was previously employed with The Courier Times, and was a member of Theresa Baptist Church.

Margie enjoyed working in her flower gardens, making artificial flower arrangements, taking trips to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, and was a previous member of the Virginia-Carolina Model A Car Club.

Surviving are a daughter, Michelle Renee Strange Pulliam & husband, Dennis, and brother, David F. Ogle & wife, Esther.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Strange is preceded in death by a brother, Rickie Ray Ogle.

Graveside services will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2025 in the Theresa Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. M. David Chambers officiating.
