Larry Dale Lipscomb

LARRY DALE LIPSCOMB, age 69, of 901 Ridge Road, Roxboro, NC died Friday afternoon, July 1, 2022 at Roxboro Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Lipscomb was born June 20, 1953 in Person County, NC, the last surviving child of the late Hudson Wallace & Eldorado Mangum Lipscomb. He was a retired brick mason and was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church.

Larry enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching old westerns, and had a knack for remembering everyone’s birthday. 

Surviving are 19 nieces and nephews, and special friend, Keith Wrenn.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Lipscomb is preceded in death by five brothers, Stanley Lipscomb, Carlton Lipscomb, Joe Lipscomb, Linwood “Lin” Lipscomb, Billy Ray Lipscomb, and three sisters, Wilma Brooks, Anna Lee Holt, and Edna Flynn. 

Per Larry’s request, no services will be planned.
