Josephine Thomas

JOSEPHINE THOMAS, age 83, of Roxboro, NC passed away Sunday morning June 8, 2025 at Roxboro Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. 

Ms. Thomas was born June 13, 1941 in Person County, NC daughter of the late Algie & Etta Whitt Thomas.  She previously worked for Person Industries and was of the Baptist faith.

Josephine enjoyed baby dolls, word search puzzles, coloring, watching I Love Lucy, and being with her family & friends.

Surviving are a sister, Mary Ella Thomas, two brothers, Donald Thomas & wife, Rosa, Riley "Henry" Thomas & companion, Kitty Stone, nephew, Wayne Thomas & wife, Tammy, niece, Tina Thomas, and a host of great-nephews.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
