Joseph Carl Erger, Sr.

JOSEPH CARL ERGER, SR., age 83, of Bahama, NC died Friday night, January 28,2022 at Duke Regional Hospital.

Mr. Erger was born January 21, 1939 in Wayne County, MI, son of the late Joseph John & Catherine Rumenchich Erger and was husband of 53 years to the late Barbara McFarland Erger. He was a retired heavy equipment mechanic and was a veteran of the US Army.   

Surviving are two children, Joseph Carl Erger, Jr., Carla Medlin & husband, David, and brother, Edward Erger.

In addition to his parents and wife, Mr. Erger is preceded in death by a sister, Marie Erger.
