Heather Anne Bowes

HEATHER ANNE BOWES age 33, of 892 Katmandu Drive, Roxboro, NC died Friday evening, June 18, 2021 at her home.

Ms. Bowes was born October 8, 1987 in Oakland County, Michigan, daughter of Kelly Herrick Bowling & J.W. Bowling who survive. She was a waitress/clerk and was a member of Providence Baptist Church. Heather loved taking photos of the sky and landscape scenes, going to the beach, and Marilyn Monroe.

Surviving in addition to her parents are a son, Kamryn John Bowes, two sisters, Tiffany Bowling (Angie), Cody Bowling (Jesse Hobgood), brother, John "Bo" Bowling Jr, (Meghan), maternal grandmother, Mary Bowling and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.  

Ms. Bowes is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Patricia & John Herrick, paternal grandfather, J.B. Bowling, sister, Kristy Bowling, and cousin, Sean Bowes.  

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 23, 2021 in the Strickland and Jones Funeral Services Chapel with the Rev. Herbert Brown officiating.  Interment will follow in the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends and guests from 6:30 till 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the funeral home and other times at the home.

Pallbearers will be Chris Baker, Tyler Barts, Austin Bowes, Darrell Bowes, John Bowling, and Michael Christiansen. Honorary pallbearer will be Kash Humphries.
