Daniel Ross Hutchinson

DANIEL ROSS HUTCHINSON age 40, of 3735 Cates Mill Road, Roxboro, NC died Tuesday night, October 5, 2021 in a tragic traffic accident.

Mr. Hutchinson was born August 24, 1981 in Erie County, PA, son of William Ross “Bill” & Hope Hutchinson and Barbara Ann Pierce. He worked for Century link for more than 14 years, was owner/operator of North Carolina Structural Systems, and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. 

Daniel enjoyed fishing, hunting, motor sports, trucks, working, and living life to its fullest.

Surviving in addition to his parents are two children, Alexis Hutchinson, Carter Hutchinson both of Roxboro, NC, brother, Matthew William Hutchinson & wife, Amanda of North Shore, VA, paternal grandmother, Jeanette Hutchinson, mother of his children, Melissa Martin, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Mr. Hutchinson is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, George & Doris Pierce, and paternal grandfather, Clarence Hutchinson.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Antioch Baptist Church with Dr. M. David Chambers officiating.  The family will receive friends and guests for one hour prior to the service at the church and other times at the home of his father, 8600 Hurdle Mills Road, Hurdle Mills, NC.

Pallbearers will be Jody Allison, Glen Newsom, Jr., David Owens, Ivan Palomo, Jacob Rose, Joel Stevens, and Brian Wheeler.
