Chrislynn B (Crabtree) Painter

CHRISLYNN B. CRABTREE PAINTER, age 23, of 747 Coon Ridge Trail, Semora, NC died Thursday morning, August 5,2021 at her home.

Mrs. Painter was born January 31, 1998 in Nash County, NC, daughter of Christie F. Crabtree and Ricky D. Crabtree Sr., who survive and was wife of 6 months to Jamison Painter who survives.  She was a self-employed hairdresser at Studio 57.

Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are a sister, Maria Ashley Brock, two brothers, Steven Davis Crabtree and Ricky D. Crabtree Jr. & wife Emma. Father-in-law Bobby Painter Jr. and mother-in-law, Kim Painter, sister-in-law, Karmi Painter, brother-in-law, Kyle Gentry & wife Megan, Grandparents, Florence & John Brinkhouse and Great-great Grandmothers, Linda Moore and Shirley Davis, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mrs. Painter was preceded in death by grandparents, Lester and Joann Farmer and Gail and Wayne Crabtree, and great-grandmother, Betty Ann McCullen.

The funeral service will be conducted on 3:00 p.m., Sunday, August 8, 2021 in the Strickland and Jones Funeral Services Chapel with the Rev. Freddie Hobbs officiating. Interment will follow in the Pulliam Family Cemetery, 636 Nora Poole Road, Roxboro, NC.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Strickland and Jones Funeral Services and other times at the home of Bobby and Kim Painter, 380 Nora Poole Road, Roxboro, NC.   

Pallbearers will be Adam Ashley, Logan Coats, Austin Currier, Tyler Day, Tanner Wade and Mark Tuck.
