Cherie Lynn (Boser) Price

CHERIE LYNN BOSER PRICE, age 68, of Roxboro, NC passed away Tuesday night, December 9, 2025 at her home. Born June 20, 1957 in McKean Co., PA, daughter of the late Gereld Gleason & Nancy Louise Dickerson Boser and was wife of 33 years to Roy William Price who survives.  She was retired from UNC medical research after 20 years of service.

Cherie enjoyed camping, fishing, yard work, gardening, canning, thrifting, and anything that had to do with outdoors.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two children, Sarah Edwards, Michael Price & wife, Ashley, four grandchildren, Jaylyn Turner, Joshua Edwards, Bryson Price, Alyson Price, and sister, Michelle Zimmerman & husband, Kevin.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Price is preceded in death by a son, Michael Schoolmaster, two sisters, Tina Goetz, and Mary Melody Boser.

Celebration of Life services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, December 13, 2025 in the Strickland and Jones Funeral Services Chapel with the Elder Tamatha Downey officiating.
