Brenda Elaine (Clayton) Jordan

BRENDA ELAINE CLAYTON JORDAN, age 80, of Durham, NC passed away peacefully Monday night, November 6, 2023 at Duke University Hospital.

Ms. Jordan was born January 17, 1943 in Lee County, NC, daughter of the late Ozell Thomas & Delma Louise White Clayton.  She was retired from the American Red Cross and was of the Baptist faith.

Brenda enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, flower gardening, reading, and playing computer games.

Surviving are two children, Randy Mullen, Deborah Gentry, both of Durham, NC, two grandsons, Justin Gentry of Prospect Hill, NC, Nathan Gentry of Dinwiddie, VA, and a host of cousins.

Celebration of Life services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 9, 2023 in the Person Memorial Cemetery.
