Obituary
ANA LUGO-JIMENEZ age 94, of 1846 Whitt Town Road, Roxboro, NC passed away Friday afternoon, May 12, 2023 at her home.
Mrs. Jimenez was born October 27, 1928 in the Dominican Republic, daughter of the late Juaquin Lugo & Juana Jimenez. She was a homemaker and jewelry maker, and was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed doing yard work, flowers, watching soap operas, and building things.
Surviving are four children, Diona Genao & husband, Alberto, Rosa Lugo, Rafale Lugo & wife, Felicita, Leocadio Lugo & wife, Fatimo, eleven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jimenez is preceded in death by a daughter, Fausta Lugo.
Funeral Mass will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2023 in the Strickland and Jones Funeral Services Chapel with Felicita Lugo officiating. Burial will follow in the Person Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends and guests at the home.
