Allison Dawn (Cates) Bohanon

ALLISON DAWN CATES BOHANON age 56 of 110 Molly’s Place Road, Roxboro, NC died Monday afternoon, March 28, 2022 at the Hock Family Pavilion.

Mrs. Bohanon was born May 20, 1965 in Person County, NC, daughter of the late William Dallas “Billy” Cates & the late Stella Barnette Gilliland Norwood and was wife of nine years to Selvin Curtis Bohanon who survives. She was a Data Entry Clerk employed with the University of North Carolina and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving in addition to her husband are three children, Cassie Wright, Charles Wright, Christian Wright, grandson, Archer Wright, sister, Betsy Norwood Adams, mother-in-law, Emily Marie Eakes Bohanon, four step-children, Marcus George Grant, Rebecca Marie Bohanon, Tracy Delaine Bohanon, and Dusty Wayne Bohanon. 

Dawn enjoyed flowers, birds, crocheting, her family, and just about anything that she could do outdoors.  She loved and lived life to it's fullest.

Following the wishes of Dawn, no services are planned.
