Todd Urban

MICHAEL TODD URBAN age 48, of 211 Hicks Yarboro Road, Roxboro, NC died Friday afternoon, October 25, 2019 at the Hock Family Pavilion.

Mr. Urban was born November 28, 1970 in Durham County, NC, son of Frank Lee & Barbara Ray Urban and was husband of nearly 20 years to Lisa Carter Urban, all of whom survive.  He was employed with Centurylink and was of the Baptist faith.

Todd enjoyed hunting, fishing, his job, helping others, and was an avid Duke fan, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

Surviving in addition to his parents and wife are a daughter, Taylor Ann Urban of Greensboro, NC, sister, Paige U. Buchanan & husband, Wayne of Timberlake, NC, two nieces, Brittany McBride, and Kaylee Buchanan.

A celebration of life will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 1, 2019 in the Strickland and Jones Funeral Services Chapel with the Rev. Al Huffman officiating.  The family will receive friends and guests for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and other times at the home.   

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 8300 Health Park, Suite 10, Raleigh, NC 27615.
