Stephen Stewart Miller

STEPHEN STEWART MILLER age 68, of 241 Esther Road, Roxboro, NC died Wednesday afternoon, May 22, 2019 at the Hock Family Pavilion.

Mr. Miller was born June 22, 1950 in Ashe County, NC son of the late William Stewart & Clyde Baldwin Miller and was husband of 15 years to Bonnie McFarland Miller who survives.  He was retired from the business that he started, Omega Flavor Technology.  Stephen enjoyed playing golf, old cars, watching westerns, and collecting guns.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Adam Miller & wife, Heather of Clemmons, NC, Matthew Miller & wife, Alex of Winston Salem, NC, five step-children, Kristi Renuart & husband, Jerry, Kim Boyd & husband, Anthony all of Stem, NC, Lindsay Carver & fiancée, Aloysius Krieger of Gastonia, NC, Shaun Carver of Timberlake, NC, Brandon Carver & companion, Nickie Humphries of Roxboro, NC, seven step-grandchildren, and two sisters, Sandra Cox & husband, Dick of Clemmons, NC, and Renna Miller of West Jefferson, NC.

Graveside services will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2019 in the Person Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Eddie Nutt officiating.  The family will receive friends and guests Friday, May 24, 2019 from 2:00 till 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at Strickland and Jones Funeral Services.

Pallbearers will be, Anthony Boyd, Brandon Carver, Shaun Carver, Aloysius Krieger, Jerry Renuart, and Justin Renuart.
